Holly Hudley is a native Houstonian who is an artist, educator, mental health practitioner, and mother of three. She was a high school teacher and counselor for 12 years, but becoming a mother called into her field of vision MLKJr’s belief in the “fierce urgency of now.” She is committed to social justice because she believes her children - and all children - have the right to grow up in a larger reality with more compassion and attention to inclusion and equity. Other passions include working against Human Trafficking, working with teachers to develop a more holistic approach to teaching, and pursuing the arts as a vehicle for social change. She works with Iconoclast Artists, Project Curate, and is pursuing a second Masters in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness.
